A clear property helps the visit stay efficient and reduces the chance that important areas are missed.
Open or identify the required gates
Make sure the crew can reach every lawn area included in the plan. If a gate must remain locked, arrange access in advance.
Move small outdoor items
Toys, hoses, furniture, temporary decorations and other loose items can slow down mowing and trimming. Move them off the lawn before the visit.
Keep pets inside
Secure pets and remove pet waste from the lawn. This protects the animals and makes it easier to complete the scheduled work cleanly.
Flag irrigation or fragile features
Tell TMD about low sprinkler heads, new plantings, landscape lighting, cables or other items that may be difficult to see.
Share changes before the visit
If construction, parked vehicles or a locked gate will affect access, send a message early enough to adjust the plan.
